Will I receive the disc I see in the picture with the same stamp and color?
99% of the time, the answer is yes. We strive to add a picture of every disc so the disc you see, is the disc you get. There are some very minor exceptions.
- Discs with the exact same color and stamp are listed with one picture, therefore the disc you receive looks like the one in the picture but is simply not the actual disc in the picture.

- The stamp has the same design and colors but may vary slightly in position.
Ex. Discs are the same color and have the same stamp design, but the design is positioned differently
- Some discs like dyes, Jawbreakers and swirls have all the same colors but they're obviously not the exact same disc as the design may very slightly. Almost every dyed disc has a picture but there are occasionally some that look the same but in a different position.
Ex. Discs are same color and have the same stamp design but due to the Jawbreaker plastic, they have minor differences in the plastic appearance
Do you have a local store?
We do not have a local store, but if you see something you like online and are local, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can work out a time that you can come pick up your order.
What are your free shipping exclusions?
We offer free shipping on orders of $59 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded but will receive a discounted shipping rate on orders of $59 or more. Baskets, some bags and larger items are excluded from free shipping and will be noted on the product page. Free shipping may also be excluded during some promotional periods.
How long does shipping take?
Generally, we ship orders out within 1 business day from when we receive your order. If there will be a delay, it will be clearly posted on our website prior to your purchase. We ship either USPS priority or first-class package. The estimated delivery time provided by USPS is 1-3 business days for each. The exact delivery time is based on your delivery address from our location in Pennsylvania.
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now, we only have shipping rates set up for United States. If you would like to place an order from outside the US, please email your order to email@example.com for a shipping quote. To speed up the process, please include the items you would like to purchase, your name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping address. We cannot guarantee stock in those items as they could potentially sell-out prior to your completed purchase.
